Secretariat Building

The Secretariat Building serves as the administrative center for the Government of Goa. Located in both Panjim (the older structure near the Mandovi River) and Porvorim (a newer building on a hilltop), it provides a vantage point for observing the city and surrounding landscape. The original building in Panjim incorporates elements of Adil Shah's palace and was later utilized by the Portuguese administration. The Porvorim location offers panoramic views of Panjim, the river, and connecting bridges.
