Nutmeg Design Company

Nutmeg Design Company Ltd, located in Limes Gap between St. Georges and Grand Anse, Grenada, is a unique art shop conceived, owned, and managed by local artist Jessie-Ann Jessamy. The shop features art rooted in Grenada’s culture, with a strong emphasis on the nutmeg in various forms, including batik fabric, repurposed materials, and line drawings. Jessamy is also venturing into locally-relevant furniture design, with a wooden table inspired by nutmeg processing plants. The shop primarily attracts overseas visitors but is gaining recognition for its artistic merit and contribution to Grenada’s tourism economy.
