The Feuerle Collection is a private art museum located in Berlin, Germany. It is situated within a repurposed WWII telecommunications bunker, designed by architect John Pawson. The collection features a unique juxtaposition of Imperial Chinese furniture, ancient Southeast Asian sculptures (primarily Khmer), and contemporary art, notably the provocative photography of Araki. The experience is characterized by minimalist presentation, subdued lighting, and periods of silence, intended to foster a contemplative atmosphere. Visits are guided but allow for individual exploration. Reservations are required.
