Tahiti Lagoonarium

Tahiti Lagoonarium was formerly an interactive marine environment located near Manava Resort in Papa-ate, Tahiti. It allowed guests to swim with sharks and other marine animals, and featured an associated seafood restaurant, Captain Bligh. While once a lively attraction with musical entertainment, reports indicate the lagoon is now largely unused, with deteriorating facilities and a reduced number of animals. The restaurant remains open. It was previously part of the Intercontinental Hotel operation.
