About About the place

The Convent of St. Bridget (Pirita Klooster) is a historical site located a short distance from Tallinn, Estonia. Founded in 1417, it was once the largest Catholic monastery in Livonia, dedicated to St. Bridget of Sweden. The convent was largely destroyed during the Livonian War in the 16th century, leaving behind impressive ruins that include remnants of the church, foundations of other buildings, and a small cemetery. Today, it serves as a tranquil destination for visitors interested in history, architecture, and peaceful surroundings. Concerts and festivals are occasionally held within the ruins, adding to its cultural significance.

While making our itinerary, we included this place towards the end and thought that incase we are behind time, we will skip it. But thank God, we didn’t because it was one of the greatest places to visit. Easily accessible, conveniently located, gorgeous location and the easy navigation for the entire tour of this place made it much more fun and enjoyable. I will suggest everyone to please visit this place.

This is an excellent restaurant which is the new opening in the town and also the talk of the town. The delicacies prepared here are awesome and delicious. The chefs have all come from outside and serve the best of gourmet food. It was exotic and tasty array of food and I highly recommend this place to everyone. Just awesome!!. Our journey to this place was nothing less than a magnificent memory. This is the most beautiful place I have visited and stayed. I have never experienced luxury like that and the hospitality was top notch. I am still so grateful for all the people who hosted us and took us on an incredible journey.
