Churchillparken

Churchillparken is a commemorative park situated between Esplanaden street and the historic Kastellet fortress in Copenhagen. The park honors Winston Churchill and the United Kingdom's role in the liberation of Denmark during World War II, and recognizes the Danish Resistance movement. It features statues, memorials, and pleasant walking paths, with a river flowing through its center.
