Weekdays are generally less crowded than weekends. Morning or late afternoon offer the best light for photography and avoid the midday heat.
Accessibility is limited. The trail to the castle is unpaved, steep in places, and can be muddy. It is not suitable for wheelchairs or individuals with significant mobility issues. The ruins themselves are uneven and present tripping hazards.

This was a traditional B&B and was very warm and comfortable. The hosts were very welcoming and nice people. It is very conveniently located and is easy to find. The food from their kitchen was very homely and delicious and they made sure that we had a hearty breakfast. Overall a great experience and we are booking this place again.
This was such an interesting castle with beautiful architecture and detailing which is why it is the most iconic spot here and has so much history associated with it. We took the guided tour here and it was so nice to attain all the knowledge about the place from this very nice and friendly guide. Overall, we loved our visit and recommend everyone to visit this place.
