Jiulong Waterfalls

Jiulong Waterfalls, located 20 km northeast of Luoping, is a 2-kilometer stretch of the Juilong River featuring ten cascading waterfalls. The falls are situated within a valley 4 km long and 200 meters deep, characterized by terrace-like formations of varying heights and widths. The area is easily accessible by public bus from Kunming East Bus Station, and basic accommodations are available in Luoping. The waterfalls are a popular destination, especially in early March when the surrounding rapeseed fields are in full bloom, creating a vibrant and picturesque landscape.
