Lufeng Dinosaur Valley

Lufeng Dinosaur Valley, also known as the Lufeng Dinosaur Quarry of China, is a paleontological site in Yunnan Province renowned for its abundant dinosaur fossils. The area boasts a museum displaying numerous assembled dinosaur skeletons, including a complete set of well-preserved remains. Visitors can also observe ongoing fossil excavations. While the surrounding park includes artificial attractions like waterfalls and replicas, the primary draw is the impressive collection of genuine dinosaur fossils, particularly those of the Lufengosaurus. The site is located approximately 1.5 to 2 hours drive from Kunming.
