Mo'er Pagoda, located approximately 35 kilometers from Kashgar City in Bashkiram Village, is a significant archaeological site representing a rare example of Buddhist architecture in the area. Constructed during the Tang Dynasty over 1,000 years ago, the 12-meter-high earthen pagoda once served as the central structure of a larger temple complex. Though now partially ruined due to natural erosion and historical events, it retains a powerful presence and is believed to have been visited by the renowned monk Xuanzang during his journey to India. The site's remote location and crumbling walls create a surreal and contemplative atmosphere.
