The Navy Museum in Qingdao offers a glimpse into the history of the Chinese navy through a collection of retired warships, aircraft, missiles, and other military hardware. The museum primarily consists of an outdoor display area where guests can explore the exhibits up close. A significant new main building is currently being constructed, promising an expanded and more comprehensive presentation of naval history. While some exhibits may show signs of age and weathering, the museum provides a unique opportunity to examine a range of naval technology. Access to certain vessels, like the submarine, can be popular and crowded.
It was a pleasing and an interesting visit to this great museum. They had a huge collection of fascinating artefacts and culturally infused items. I really enjoyed a few parts of it. It is quite big so you might feel a little bored in between. You can skip through whatever doesn't interest you.
We were so excited to visit this place but were thoroughly disappointed while reaching and looking at the mismanaged affair. The place was crowded with tourists and there was no system to arrange them. The staff was also very rude.
