Línggu Sì is a significant temple located on Purple Mountain near Nanjing, China. It forms one of the three main attractions within the Zijin Mountain Scenic Area, alongside the Sun Yat-Sen Mausoleum and the Ming Tombs. While functioning as an active place of worship for locals, the temple has become increasingly commercialized. The complex includes a pagoda offering panoramic views, a notable Beamless Hall constructed without wooden beams, and extensive parkland. Visitors often appreciate the tranquility of the area compared to more crowded sites, though some find the temple itself less impressive than others in China.
