Statue Square is a compact public space located in Central, Hong Kong, directly above the Central MTR station. Historically significant as a site of colonial administration and memorials, it now serves as a convenient meeting point and a quiet area for a break. While the original statue of Queen Victoria has been relocated, the square retains a sense of history with its proximity to landmarks like the Supreme Court and the HSBC building. On Sundays, the square transforms as it becomes a gathering place for domestic workers, particularly from the Philippines and Indonesia.
