Wenfeng Tower of Anyang

Wenfeng Tower of Anyang is a notable pagoda, a reconstruction dating back to the Ming Dynasty, originally founded in the 10th century during the Song Dynasty. Its distinctive architectural feature is its widening shape as it ascends, resembling an umbrella. The tower is part of a functioning temple complex and is constructed with carved bricks depicting scenes from the life of Buddha. While climbing the steep, uneven stairs to the top is possible, it may not be suitable for those with claustrophobia or a fear of heights.
