The Gansu Provincial Museum, located in Lanzhou, is a significant cultural institution dedicated to preserving and showcasing the rich history and heritage of Gansu Province. The museum's collections span prehistoric times to the present day, with a particular emphasis on the Silk Road's influence on the region. Exhibits include ancient pottery, bronze sculptures (most famously the Flying Horse of Wuwei), dinosaur skeletons, Buddhist relics, and displays detailing the formation of the Communist Party. While the museum boasts an extensive collection, a significant challenge for non-Chinese speakers is the limited availability of English translations.
It was a pleasing and an interesting visit to this great museum. They had a huge collection of fascinating artefacts and culturally infused items. I really enjoyed a few parts of it. It is quite big so you might feel a little bored in between. You can skip through whatever doesn't interest you.. This place is home to some of the best and unique historic art which has an enriching background to it and has interesting stories associated with it. It was really an interesting visit and me and my family really enjoyed the visit.
The cafe is a little place situated in the middle of the buzzing market of the city and is a cute little place with a really warm ambience and very nice and friendly people and staff. The food was great and had a lot of amazing local flavors. It was totally worth the visit and we really enjoyed the food and hospitality.

This is a marvellous place and has many things to see. We took a road trip to see this place and the journey was also great. The views along the way are stunning and fill your heart with all the warmth. Once you reach there, you simply forget everything else and enjoy the scenic views and appreciate the beauty all around.
This is an amazing place and a must see for all the visitors. It is adorned with beautiful interiors and historic walls. The stories of the past of this building are incredible and the view is just awesome.
I always wanted to visit this city as it was on my bucket list and there is so much to see here that you really really fell in love with the culture, the buildings, the people and the food of this place. We took the tour package where the guide took us to all the main spots and apart from it, we were able to enjoy so much at the markets of the city and shopped so much stuff.. This [sight.name] looked really interesting and I loved my visit there.I am really interested in the history and I thoroughly enjoyed the facts behind the artefacts and it was fascinating to check out old art pieces which have so much enriching history associated with it.
Our journey to this place was nothing less than a magnificent memory. This is the most beautiful place I have visited and stayed. I have never experienced luxury like that and the hospitality was top notch. I am still so grateful for all the people who hosted us and took us on an incredible journey.
This is one of the most iconic and interesting buildings of the city where the architecture of this place speaks volume of its importance. It is a great place to visit and its tour throws some light on the history and working of this place.
We were so excited to visit this place but were thoroughly disappointed while reaching and looking at the mismanaged affair. The place was crowded with tourists and there was no system to arrange them. The staff was also very rude.
