The Antiquarium of the Palace Museum is a dedicated exhibition space located within the Forbidden City complex. It houses a remarkable collection of imperial artifacts, offering visitors a closer look at the opulent lifestyle and artistic achievements of China's emperors. Exhibits include intricate ornaments, fine porcelain, royal furniture, exquisite outfits, and the celebrated Nine Dragons Screen. The Antiquarium provides a more focused museum experience compared to the broader Forbidden City, allowing for detailed examination of these historical objects.
It was a pleasing and an interesting visit to this great museum. They had a huge collection of fascinating artefacts and culturally infused items. I really enjoyed a few parts of it. It is quite big so you might feel a little bored in between. You can skip through whatever doesn't interest you.
We decided to visit this place and I think that because it was the weekend, it was too crowded. We were not able to have a good tour since so many people were there and it was not a very nice experience. The place seemed good but I guess the crowd ruined it for us.
Visiting this awesome place has been such an awesome and pleasant experience. I was not hoping for it to go so well for me but it turned out the place and the people are simply great. Loved it here and will surely come back again.
