Villa Victoria is a heritage and interpretation center housed in a carefully restored colonial home, one of the few survivors of the 1906 earthquake. Operated by Kenneth and Victoria Pugh, the center provides a detailed and engaging look into the history of Valparaiso, Chile, and South America. The owners, often dressed in period costume, present the history through exhibits, interactive presentations, and a delightful homemade lunch, creating a unique and memorable experience for visitors.
