Elkhorn Forest

Elkhorn Forest is a popular dive site characterized by extensive elkhorn coral reefs, which provide a habitat for a diverse array of fish and invertebrates. The site is relatively shallow, making it suitable for divers of all experience levels. While the coral suffered damage from past hurricanes, it is demonstrating remarkable resilience and regrowth. Divers can expect to encounter schools of grunts, chromis, and other reef fish, as well as occasional sightings of larger species like groupers and tarpon.
