Sveta Petka Church is a modest yet significant Orthodox church in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Often encountered by visitors ascending the hill towards the Ancient Theatre, it's recognized by its tower. The church provides a quiet space for prayer and reflection, and is freely accessible to the public. Its unassuming exterior belies a charming interior, making it a worthwhile stop for those exploring the Old Town.
We went to this amazing place and loved the view and the scenery. The place was really crowded as it is one of the most famous tourist attractions but you need to look out for pickpockets here because apparently a lot can happen here if you dont pay much attention.
