St. Nicholas Church in Brussels is a Catholic church steeped in history, dating back to the 11th century. Located near the Bourse and Grand Place, it showcases a blend of Romanesque and Gothic architectural styles. While the facade was largely rebuilt in 1956 after damage during World War II, the interior retains much of its original character, including dark wood elements and a subtly curved nave. Visitors appreciate its peaceful atmosphere and occasional exhibits, such as miniature villages. The church is dedicated to Saint Nicholas, the patron saint of merchants, reflecting the area's historical commercial significance.
The cathedral is hundreds of years old and has a magnificent architecture. The murals and the walls are simply stunning. We got a chance to witness the prayer ceremony and it was divine. Do visit this place and do enjoy it.
There was nothing special about this speciality hotel and it was such a disappointment. The place was literally in ruins and it pinches me to see all my money goes to waste. The rooms were really dirty and unkept and the service was pathetic. I wont recommend this to anyone and it was the worst experience.
