Bait Shaikh Salman Historic Palace was the residence of Shaikh Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, who governed Bahrain from 1942 until his death in 1961. The palace is situated within the old Murrabaq district and is considered a significant landmark along the traditional pearling route. While architecturally interesting, the palace is currently not maintained and appears rundown, with limited access for visitors. It provides insight into the life of a former ruler and the heritage of Bahrain's pearling industry.
