Mumbulla Falls

Mumbulla Falls is a scenic and culturally significant site located near Bega, New South Wales. The area features a cascading waterfall, granite pools suitable for swimming, and a natural rock waterslide. Access involves a drive along a dirt road, which can be challenging but is generally passable with a 2WD vehicle, though a 4WD is recommended. The falls are set within a bushland environment and offer picnic facilities, including a BBQ area and toilets. Importantly, Mumbulla Falls holds deep spiritual meaning for the Yuin people, serving as a traditional men's initiation site, and visitors are respectfully asked not to swim in the pools.
